Toronto Pearson Airport is home to an exclusive KLM Crown Lounge, offering a comfortable place to relax before your flight. The lounge is open daily from 12:00 to midnight and can be found in Terminal 3, conveniently located opposite Gate C32. Simply take the lift to the AT level, and you’ll find the lounge just a few steps away.
The entrance to the KLM Crown Lounge is easy to spot and sits right next to the Plaza Premium Lounge. Once inside, guests can unwind in a calm, welcoming atmosphere designed to make waiting for your flight a little more enjoyable.

Once you enter the lounge, you’ll first find a family room, making it easy for travellers with children to settle in. From there, the lounge opens up with a comfortable seating area on the left, while the food and refreshment area is located on the right, allowing you to easily choose where to relax or grab a bite.

The food selection included a fresh salad bar, along with a variety of dips and chips—perfect for a light snack before boarding.

There’s a small self-serve selection of hard liquor available at the bar. The service is also very attentive — when regular water bottles weren’t available to take away, the staff kindly provided sparkling water to go instead.

There’s also a small selection of cakes for dessert, perfect if you’re in the mood for something sweet.

The lounge also offers a small selection of warm dishes, including chicken tikka masala, rice, and dumplings, for those looking for something more filling.

Guests can refill their water bottles in the lounge, and there’s also a small selection of wines available, along with orange and apple juice.

The lounge was fairly crowded during the visit, and finding an open seat was a bit challenging.

The lounge features a seating area with individual sofas, offering a bit more personal space.

At the back of the lounge, near the restrooms, there’s a charming display of KLM’s iconic Dutch houses — the same miniature houses traditionally gifted to Business Class travellers. It’s a nice touch and a fun detail to spot.
Please note that shower facilities are not available in this lounge.

Overall, the KLM Crown Lounge at Toronto Pearson Airport offers a comfortable and welcoming place to relax before departure, with a decent selection of food, drinks, and friendly service. While the lounge can get quite busy and seating may be limited during peak hours, the atmosphere remains pleasant, and thoughtful details — like the display of iconic Dutch houses — add a nice KLM touch. It’s a solid option for a short pre-flight break in Terminal 3.
