Mango Lassi recipe

Things you need (2 person)

1 cup … Mango pulp (or 2 fresh mangoes)
1 cup … Yogurt
1 to 2 … Cardammon pods
1/2 cup … Water (can be normal or fizzy) or a few ice cubes
3-5 … Mint leaves

 

Here’s how

1) Take 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup water (fizzy or normal), 1 cup pulp of mango

2) Add a couple of pods of cardamom (opened), and a few of mint leaves

3) And whiz this all in a blender, and the lassi is ready

*If you prefer a sweet lassi, you can add a bit of honey/sugar to sweeten the lassi
