1 … Onion
2 … Tomatoes
1/2 … Cucumber
1 cup … Yogurt
1to 2 … Twigs of Cilantro (coriander leaves)
1tbsp … Salt
Here’s how
1) Chop onion, tomatoes and cucumber
2) Add some salt and the yogurt and mix well
3) Chop some coriander leaves and add as per taste.
