Coconut milk and banana/apple smoothie

Things you need

Coconut milk … 1 cup
Apple—chopped … 1
Banana —chopped … 1
Mint leaves and cardamom pods … As per taste

 

Here’s how:
1) Take 1 cup coconut milk, 1 apple and 1 banana

2) Add a couple of pods of cardamom (opened), and a few of mint leaves

3) And whiz this all in a blender, and the smoothie is ready

*If you prefer a sweet smoothie, you can add a bit of honey/sugar to sweeten it
